  3. ever since ive started the paleo diet, eliminating grains, corn, legumes, and peanuts, all organic (i still drink goat milk), my stomach always has this gnawing feeling in it, and excessive bloating

    the reason Im doing this diet is because I have pcos and I wanted to balance out my hormones naturally

    so what do I do about this gnawing feeling and excessive bloating..which wont go away no matter how much I eat

  6. I am a 21 yr old girl. 5ft 3 and weigh 65kgs (143lbs)
    I’ve been seeing a trainer and he got me started eating paleo.

    I lost about 14 lbs in the first 4 weeks but now it’s stopped moving.

    I’m on target to be 60kgs in 2 weeks to get my BMI into the healthy weight category, so I need to lose 2.5kgs each week

    Exercise wise I play tag rugby every Monday for an hour, and am in the gym 2-3 times during the week.

    What can I do to get my weigh loss up and going again and why did it start to slow?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

  12. I just started a paleo diet. I know what the foods are meat, berries, fruit, eggs etc. But I’m getting bored with the recipes I have and looking for them on youtube is very hit or miss. I would like to get a cookbook or a nice varied list of paleo diet recipes and not just dinner but lunch and breakfast too.
